Vulcan VMCS-201 Griddle Clamshell Hood

The Vulcan VMCS-201 heavy-duty electric griddle top with grooved steel plate is compatible with both Vulcan and Wolf gas and electric griddles. The VMCS-201 features an easy to use one-hand lift mechanism, a grooved steel griddle plate cooking surface, and a high efficiency internal flat bar heating element. The griddle plate allows for even cooking and grill marks as if it were cooked outside on a grill.

The VMCS-201 is constructed of durable stainless steel front, top, and sides, with an anodized aluminum arm, this griddle top is made to withstand the wear-and-tear of a commercial kitchen and is non-corrosive. The simple to use on/off switch and LED indicator lights conveniently identify which mode the unit is in, while the thermostat easily adjusts from 200-450 degrees Fahrenheit. A junction box is included for field line connection, as no power cord is included, and a 208V electrical connection is required for the operation of this unit.
